Sales Terms
- General Provisions
These sales terms apply to purchases made in the KR Looming online store (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) between the Seller and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer). The Seller reserves the right to change the terms, and the updated version will be published on the website and come into effect from the moment of publication. The legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Ordering Products and Completing the Purchase
To place an order, the Buyer selects the desired products from the website, adds them to the shopping cart, and confirms the order. To complete the order, the Buyer enters the required information, confirms the payment method, and pays for the order. The order is considered confirmed when the Seller has sent a confirmation email.
- Prices and Payment Terms
All prices displayed in the online store are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The Seller reserves the right to change prices. The applicable price is the one displayed in the online store at the time of order completion. The Buyer can pay for the order securely via bank link, card payment, or bank transfer.

- Delivery and Delivery Time
The Seller offers delivery within Estonia and, in certain cases, internationally. The options include courier service, parcel machine service, and contactless delivery if necessary. The usual delivery time is 3–7 business days unless otherwise agreed. The exact delivery time depends on the Buyer’s location and the capabilities of the logistics partner.

- Return and Exchange Terms
The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or does not match the order. To initiate the return process, please contact us at [email protected].
KR Looming Returns Policy for Online Purchases
KR Looming is committed to refunding customers for returned items within 14 days of receiving both the cancellation notice and the returned product (or proof of return). This refund will include any standard delivery fees associated with getting the item to the customer. However, if the customer has chosen a delivery method that is more costly than KR Looming's standard option, the company will only cover the cost equivalent to the standard delivery method. Unless otherwise agreed upon, KR Looming will process refunds using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction.
- Claims and Warranty
If the Buyer receives a defective or incorrect product, a claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. The Seller offers the option to replace, repair, or refund the paid amount for the product. To submit a claim, please contact us via email and provide the proof of purchase.
- Data Protection and Privacy
The Seller collects and processes the Buyer’s personal data only to fulfill the order and comply with legal obligations. All personal data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws. More detailed information about data protection can be found on the privacy policy page.
- Liability and Limitations of Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from the Buyer providing inaccurate or misleading information. The Seller is also not responsible for damages caused by third parties, such as delays by delivery partners or failures in payment systems.
- Other Conditions and Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to change the sales terms at any time by publishing the new terms on the website. Changes to the terms do not affect contracts already concluded
